PPP®️ is an opportunity to deliver a Genius Baby and enjoy your joyful pregnancy journey.

Research shows that 60% of fetal brain development occurs in the womb. Under her professional guidance, PPP®️ trains you in scientifically-based brain activation techniques and activities, creating a physical, psychological, emotional, and spiritual bond with your baby before birth.

As traditionally believed in various cultures and religions, everything a pregnant mother eats, drinks, thinks, feels, does, sees, hears, and experiences in her personal, professional, or social life has an immediate and intimate effect on the physical and brain development of her fetus. PPP®️ offers interactive and practical sessions on the do’s and don’ts during all your trimesters, helping you experience a stress-free pregnancy and reduce the fear of delivery through mindful practices and a holistic approach. PPP®️ also provides training of post delivery care for new moms and her newborns.

She holds B.A.M.S., Post-Graduate Proficiency in Panchakarma from renowned Pune University, (Maharashtra). She has successfully served as Administrator - Centre Head in Lever Ayush, Hindustan Unilever Ltd. and worked as Professor/HOD in Indian Institute of Ayurveda & Research, Bangalore.
